The tragic tremor back in 2010 somewhere in the Caribbean entombed several dreams abyss to the ground. The entire world shed fathomless ounces of tears on the dreadful impact of such disastrous magnitude engulfing thousands of lives. Different political and entertainment figures had come together in hopes to bring the lost hope of befallen casualties back. This massive destruction in the country almost brought its economy to its dreadful end. With the world offering the fruits of their empathy, the country has been compelled to rise up and combat the serious damages the disaster brought.
Community rebuilding is the greatest concern of the Haiti Reconstruction Fund and the national government. The HRF assists in the allocation of contributions that come from bilateral donors in an effort to finance the high priority programs and projects in the country.
Recently, the HRF has granted a certain request in support for the re emergence of the national milk production. It is aimed at satisfying the need of roughly three thousands children who are deprived of proper nutrition after the tragic incident. Such supply is hoped to last for three consecutive years.
Though the HRF could approve relevant funding for the good of every person in the community, the agency will remain rely on its proponents. Proposals need to pass through the IHRC since the agency has no complete authority to the resources which are pledged for rebuilding.
The HRF never sets rebuilding priorities or even implements any projects. This solely encourages local capacity improvements and adheres only to every implemented project of its partners. It was officially given public introduction on the eleventh of May 2010.
