A Simple Trick For 2012 Presidential Candidates Revealed

By Jana Vang

The clamor by the public and media has immensely grow ever since the two past elections was successful. The 2012 presidential elections is getting near, the events are very much anticipated and the candidates are expected to strengthen their campaign. The Republican party needs to have a formidable candidate to match Mr. Obama in the upcoming 2012 elections.

The GOP is really a big thing but big names such as Mitt Romney, Sarah Palin and Donald Trump are now gearing up for the 2012 elections. A lot of mixed reviews where given by many voters to Mr. Obama's administration. Right before President Obama assumed office, the country suffered an economic collapse.

One of the biggest trouble Mr. Obama encountered was the financial crisis in the U.S. The foreign policy issues along with the weather disasters which affected many places in the U.S are the many issues Mr. Obama has to faced. He also came under fire after he delivered remarks about Asian companies hurting job prospects for Americans. Mr. Obama's announcement on the death of Osama Bin Laden, cleared his administration from further criticisms. This event will likely be big advantage for Obama's re-election bid.

One of the Republican aspirants for the presidential elections would be former Massachusetts governor, Mitt Romney. As a 2012 presidential candidate, Romney brings experience and impressive speaking skills to the table. The history between Romney and McCain holds an epic battle for the 2012 nomination. Meanwhile, Romney's nomination is not yet certain. He has been criticized for changing positions on key issues and for his health care policies as a governor. Romney may have a slim chance in getting the nomination if Sarah Palin joins the 2012 presidential election.

Sarah Palin and John McCain work teammates before on the previous 2008 campaign. The personal and political life of Sarah Palin was greatly publicized by media attention. Sarah Palin has some kind of support that she received though she's not popular among the moderates and conservative democrats. This would put her at a disadvantage if she were her party's 2012 presidential candidate. This wouldn't put her in a position to win the election.

Sarah Palin needs the support of the conservative group, this is to make sure that she'll get the nomination despite of her inexperience on political and economic matters. One of the potential candidate in the upcoming presidential elections would be Donald Trump. While he has stated that he will not run for the Republican nomination, there is speculation that he might challenge the president and the eventual GOP nominee as a third party candidate. With Donald Trump as a potential candidate, he is not yet to reveal his intention in running for the Republican nomination though he might challenge the GOP and Mr. Obama

This can be an edge that he can use for his presidential bid for 2012 elections. As the elections gears up, the political battle for 2012 lies now in the hands of the voters. The political clash among candidates are very much in the air already regardless who emerged winner in the presidential race.
