Why did Barack Obama try to stop Texas Governor Rick Perry from Dispensing Justice to a Child Rapist and Killer?

By Scott Reynolds

He creeped over the border fence from Mexico. Following growing up experiencing the fruits of living in America unlawfully, he compensated his illegally entered land by raping one if its small female inhabitants in 1994.

Plus he was only starting.

Immediately after raping her, he stressed that his young victim could possibly tell the police about what he'd done so he chose to beat the 16-year-old gal to death with a cinder block. Then he dropped her beaten little shape by the side of the road with a stick of wood protruding from her.

The Murderer's Time Runs Out

Fast forward 17 years or so to the current day. The creature who raped the little one and pummelled her to death by using a cement block has been caught and convicted. He's exhausted all his appeals.

If there's any sort of pros in this horrid story, it's that, fortunately for the young girl's family and anyone who continue to knows justice, the creep committed these horrible crimes while in the Texas.

Humberto Leal Jr. was slated to get executed for his horrid criminal acts. And you know Texas is one state where the death penalty is taken very seriously.

Obama Tries to Save a Child Murderer

Then from nowhere Barack Obama's busybodies filed a plea with the United States Supreme Court, insisting that the court order Texas to spare the life of this rapist and killer.

Obama was adamant that this killer was actually a Mexican national since he's lived in the USA unlawfully most of his life. Because of this, as a foreign national, he was entitled to "consular access" - that's, contact with representatives from his home land of Mexico

The Barack Obama administration went on to assert that if Texas executed this guilty kid killer, it would put American citizens who happen to be arrested while venturing overseas in danger of being refused their "consular access."

What Barack Obama and his flunkies failed to admit, is that this murderer has had over 16 years to get his "consular access" as his case and appeals made its way throughout the courts.

Texas Governor Rick Perry Does what's Right All Over Again

Rick Perry isn't any stranger to clashes with an ever more overreaching and interfering Federal government.

Despite all of the attempts to force him to cease the execution of the child rapist and murderer who has swallowed tax dollars wiling away the time in Texas prisons, Governor Perry allowed the execution proceed as slated, not waiting for any more court opinions on this long-appealed case.

The murderer was at long last put to death by lethal chemical injection on July 7, 2011 - 17 years after he raped and killed the 16-year-old female.

Robbing a few murder-apologist Obama admirers of their favorite "they executed an innocent man" assertion, right before getting Texas justice, Leal admitted to and apologized for what he'd done.
